Great experience from beginning to end.  Matt was great salesman and answered all our questions and the Eugene’s team was outstanding doing the installation. Love my beautiful new door! Not the quickest process, but anything worth wild rarely comes easy & fast. Good things take time after all & there was nothing basic about the door or set up. Ultimately you get what you pay for & from start to finish every effort was made to make sure I got what I wanted, was happy with the results & that everything looked nice. The entire team from start to finish was great. Everything went smoothly. When it comes down to it, it all hinges on the installation. Chino and Jesus did a fantastic job. They definitely know how to do the job right and left a job well done. They are very personable and answer all questions I had. I never had to be instructed on how to unlock, open and close, and relock a door before, but this door is quite different and we feel secure inside behind it. We went with a United Porto brand door and love the style and features of it. They didn't have the door in stock, so had to order it. We had to wait about six weeks from date I ordered from DD&W, but after the exceptional install, it was well worth it. It's a beautiful door securely installed. The installers made sure all measurements were taken repeatedly throughout the installation process. Communication was via e-mail, text, phone calls. I can't think of a single thing I had issue with.
